Phyllis Ann Cash, 77, of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late Roscoe Stubbs and Virginia (Handy) Tutt, was born August 6, 1948 in Taylor County, and departed this life on Friday, October 17, 2025 in Louisville at the University Hospital.
She was a retired healthcare worker and was of the Baptist faith. Phyllis enjoyed crocheting, quilting, cooking and spending time with grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gaylon Yarberry.
Survivors include; one daughter Treva Lynn Phillips & husband Bobby of Columbia; two sons: Gene Wilson Cash & wife Angela of Columbia and Timothy Cash of Campbellsville; one sister & two brothers: Theresa Yates, Johnny Stubbs and Larry Stubbs all of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: McKayla Cash, Lindsay Cash, Cody Gabbert and Amber Phillips; one great-grandchild: Teagan Craig Tungate; close friends: Barbara Murphy, Pat Pickett and Linda Leigh; a host of other relatives & friends
To honor the request of the family, cremation rites were entrusted to L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
