The Adair County Marching Band is inviting both alumni and primary-grade students from Adair County Schools to participate in this year’s Christmas parade.
Former band members will march alongside the current band, while students in grades K–6 are welcome to join in the procession.
To ensure smooth coordination, all current and alumni band members are asked to join the designated Remind group for important updates. A parade rehearsal will take place Dec. 5 from 5–7 p.m. in the band room, and all participants are encouraged to attend.
On parade day, Dec. 6, participants should gather in the parking lot at 1115 Jamestown St. by 4 p.m. Grade school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The annual Christmas parade, hosted by the Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce, will begin at 5 p.m. This year’s theme, “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” celebrates the joy and excitement of the holiday season. Serving as Grand Marshal will be Natalie Bardin, Kentucky FBLA State President.
