The Adair County Cooperative Extension Service is pleased to announce the upcoming Center of Kentucky Beef Conference on July 21.
The beef conference will be held at the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service and will begin at 9:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided and the conference will conclude a 2 p.m.

The theme of the conference is “Planning for Tomorrow’s Success Today.” Some may consider that we are currently at the crossroads in the beef industry.
Cattle numbers are at an all-time low and beef has reached historical prices. Questions often asked by beef producers include: How long will these profitable times last in the beef industry? How much can I afford to pay for a brood cow? What can I do today to help sustain profitability in the beef industry?
A top-notch panel of beef experts makes up the agenda for the conference and will be giving their answers to these questions and more.
Participants need to register for the beef conference by calling the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service a 270-384-2317.
