Trooper Justin Phillips is investigating a collision that occurred Feb. 10, 10 miles eat of Columbia on Kentucky Hwy 80. Bethany A. Bray, 21, of Campbellsville, was operating a 2002 Dodge traveling west on Kentucky Hwy 80, when she lost control of her vehicle after driving on black ice. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a wall. Bray was wearing her seatbelt and was treated and released at Russell County Hospital along with one-year-old passenger, Braxton Morgan, who was in a child restraint device.
