The Adair County Fire Department was called to Anderson’s Pizzeria on Campbellsville Street a little before 10 a.m. this morning.
While Anderson’s is closed on Monday, owner John Thomas dropped in to do some paperwork and found smoke inside the building and called 911. The fire appeared to have started in the kitchen and spread to the roof. It was contained to a small area.
Anderson’s will be closed while repairs are made. Tuesday’ Chamber of Commerce meeting was planned to be held at Anderson’s and the Community Voice will post updates on the meeting as they become available.
