Gov. Andy Beshear will deliver his 2023 State of the Commonwealth Address before a joint session of the Kentucky House and Senate. The address will be given Wednesday, Jan. 4, at 7/6 pm on KET and at KET.org/Live. The speech also will be archived at KET.org/Legislature.
