A deal was signed today with a Monticello company to open a steakhouse at Pinewood Shopping Center.
Mike Neal, one of the owners at Pinewood, confirmed Monday afternoon that Black Stallion Steakhouse has signed an agreement to bring a 6,000 sq. ft. steakhouse to Columbia’s newest shopping area.
Black Stallion Steakhouse has a location in Monticello and the owners also own restaurants in other Kentucky communities, Neal said. The Columbia location will include a full menu, salad bar, two private banquet rooms and a bar.
The restaurant is expected to bring 30 to 35 jobs to Columbia and boasts of a varied menu, including fresh steaks, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, a children’s menu, as well as a full bar. It is expected to open in February 2018, Neal said.
