Sixteen people were indicted on drug charges this week in Adair Circuit Court.
METH CHARGES
The Adair County grand jury returned indictments on Tuesday, which included 10 from Russell and Adair who were given meth-related charges.
Nine of those who were indicted were arrested last month after the sheriff’s department received a tip from Russell County law enforcement that meth was being manufactured at a residence on Cape Road in the Melson Ridge community.
After further investigation, the sheriff’s department found several vehicles at the residence. Deputies then found the nine people who were charged with manufacturing meth while three juveniles were in the residence.
Those indicted were the following:
• Richard F. Loveless, 37, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine,1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $15,000 cash/property.
• Jason Thomas Oprzedek, 32, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $25,000 cash.
• Michael Dwayne Corbin, 35, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $25,000 cash/property.
• Brian W. Davidson, 35, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $15,000 cash/property.
• Robert Alan Miller, 31, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $15,000 cash/property.
• Angela Marie Moore, 33, manufacturing methamphetamine; four counts of persistent felony offender, 2nd degree; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $25,000 cash/property.
• Ashley N. Crawhorn, 18, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $15,000 cash/property.
• Nicholas Shea Warner, 22, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree; carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Bail is set at $15,000 cash/property.
•Stacy Marie Corbin, 44, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of controlled substance endangerment to a child, 4th degree. Bail is set at $15,000 cash/property.
Also indicted on meth-related charges was Gary L. Spoon, 41, of Columbia. He was charged with tampering with physical evidence; possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, 1st degree, 1st offense.

COCAINE CHARGES
Four from Columbia were indicted on cocaine-related charges.
• Joshua Lee Graves, 28, trafficking in a controlled substance—cocaine, 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense. Bail is set at $5,000 cash/property.
• Robert Louis Taylor 52, trafficking in a controlled substance—cocaine, 1st degree, 1st offense. Bail is set at $5,000 cash/property.
• Linda B. Johnson, 45, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance—cocaine, 1st degree, 1st offense. Bail is set at $5,000 cash/property.
• Brandy N. Norris, 30, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance—cocaine, 1st degree, 1st offense. Bail is set at $5,000 cash/property.
OTHER DRUG CHARGES
Two others were indicted on various drug charges.
• Eunice Gail Gaskin, 47, promoting contraband, 1st degree; persistent felony offender, 2nd degree; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, .08, aggravator, 3rd offense; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 3rd or greater offense; two counts of possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree.
• Casey J. Belcher, 29, wanton endangerment, 1st degree; assault, 4th degree; terroristic threatening, 3rd degree; violation of a Kentucky E.P.O./D.V.O.; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana.
