5. Approval of Adair County Hospital District budget for FY 2017

6. Amend resolutions that removed TJ signatories from District bank accounts in order to correct omission of an administrator’s name.

7. Executive Session: KRS 61.810(1)(C) - Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the District regarding the Chapter 9 bankruptcy.

8. Action on any Executive Session decisions if needed.
