Allen Scott ‘Shag’ Crouch, 59, of Columbia, died Friday, December 8, 2023 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.
He was born on December 6, 1964 in Dayton, Ohio. He was a surveyor with McKinney Surveying. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Crouch; and a sister, Diana Lynn Perkins.
Survivors include his mother, Roberta Rice Crouch of Columbia; two brothers, Jeff Crouch (Kelly) of Columbia and Doug Crouch of Columbia.
Funeral services were held Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Willis officiating and burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
