To Adair County Property Owners:
Due to a computer glitch, some of the 2013 property tax bills have a mistake referencing the collection dates incorrectly.
The correct collection dates are as follows: 2% discount if paid by Oct 31, 2013, face amount if paid by Dec 31, 2013, 5% penalty if paid by Jan 31, 2014, 21% penalty if paid after Jan 31, 2014.
This change does not affect the amount due.
