Dry Ridge, Ky. (September 11, 2023) –The Kentucky State Police Post 6 Dry Ridge received a call from Harrison County Dispatch on September 9, 2023 at 1:21 a.m. reference an incident that occurred on US 27 north of Cynthiana. The first call came into Cynthiana Dispatch at 12:11 a.m. that a male subject had fallen from a moving vehicle near Northside Drive. The male subject was identified as Jayden Beamon (18) of Cynthiana. Addison Perkins (18) of Cynthiana was operating a 2002 Chevrolet pickup when the incident occurred. Mr. Beamon was transported by ambulance to Harrison Memorial Hospital. He was later transported to Albert B. Chandler/ University of Kentucky Hospital where on September 10, 2023 he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. Currently this matter remains under investigation by Post 6 Detectives.
