He was born December 30, 1958, in Casey County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Browning Dile and his father, Donald Edward White

Two daughters – Cindy Siegrist (Wayne) of Scottsville and Laura Beth Barrett of Columbia
Four brothers – Jeff Thomas (Lisa), Barry White (Eily) and Randy Smith (Angie) all of Columbia, David Michael Smith (Jaclyn) of Jamestown
One sister – Teresa Taylor of Columbia
Six grandchildren – Brittany Rucker of Glasgow, Brook Rucker (Blake) of Glasgow, Anthony Siegrist (Alisha) of Cross Plains, Tennessee, Gabriel Barrett, Shayla Barrett and Kyra Barrett all of Columbia
Six great-grandchildren – Kinleigh Hurt, Natalie Siegrist, Navalee Siegrist, Neeleigh Siegrist, Bella Mattingly, Blair Mattingly
