A few strong storms may be possible early this morning, but the bigger threat for severe weather will arrive later tonight and continue into early Wednesday morning. Multiple rounds of storms will be possible, with damaging winds and isolated tornadoes being the main threat in severe storms. Overall confidence has increased in the potential severe weather threat overnight. See the attached graphic for more details.
Given the tornado threat overnight, we highly encourage folks to make sure they have multiple ways to receive warnings while they are asleep.
Outside of the thunderstorms, winds will be gusty today into tomorrow, with gusts nearing 40 mph at times.
