He was born February 13, 1955 in Columbia, KY
Terry was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church and had recently retired as Director of the Adair County Ambulance Service, he was employed by the Adair Co. Ambulance Service for 37 years and had served the community in many other capacities.
He was the son of the late Jesse Akin
