U.S. Sen. Rand Paul will make a stop in Columbia on Wednesday.
Preparation is still underway but the tentative location for the public meeting is the V. P. Henry Auditorium on the Lindsey Wilson College campus. Paul will answer questions from the public. The event gets underway at 3 p.m.
Paul has been named as a possible contender for the 2016 presidential race. He was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2010.
