Bobby Jessie, 60, of Edmonton, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born on June 8, 1956 in Metcalfe County and was the son of the late Hubert Earl and Laura Jane England Jessie. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Lois Jane Goad and Shirley Diane Jessie.
He was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church and a mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice Petty Jessie of Edmonton; two sons, Bobby Daniel (Nicole) Jessie of Columbia and Billy Glen (Brittany) Jessie of Knob Lick; one daughter, Samantha Ann (Bobby Joe) Coffey of Edmonton; and 11 grandchildren, Delana, Deshea, Alissa, Lindsey, Morgan, Haylee, Spencer, Harley, Gracie, Parker and Axel.
Several other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral service was Wednesday, Oct. 26 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Hubbard officiating and burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Bobby Jessie, Billy Jessie, Barry Petty, Greg Jessie, Larry Goad and Bobby Joe Coffey.
