Emma Combs, 75, of Glensfork passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Oneida, Kentucky on October 25, 1948 and grew up in Mistletoe one of thirteen children to the late Dewey and Flarence Couch.
Ms. Combs was a member of the Mt. Zion Community Church and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her companion of 30 years James Campbell; a sister, Nan Fudge; and a special friend, Shirley Bailey, all of Glensfork; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 11 siblings and a special friend, Helen Murray.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Mt. Zion Community Church with Bro. Dwan Hadley officiating and burial in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Austin Fruth, Aspen Fruth, Mark Klingberg, Levis Keltner, Darrell Bradshaw and Tony Hadley.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
