Allen E. Grant, 83, of Glens Fork, Kentucky, died Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 5:55 p.m. at Summit Manor Nursing Home.
He was born July 29, 1941 in Adair County, to the late Paul and Ilene Pittman Grant. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Arlin Grant and Bradley Grant. Al was a retired farmer and was a fixture at the Hardscratch Store for years.
Survivors include two brothers, Billy Grant (Loretta) and Larry Grant both of Glens Fork and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, September 13, 2024 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Bunch officiating and burial in the Grant Cemetery at Glens Fork.
