T.J. Health Columbia will partner with the Adair County Extension Homemakers for an informative program on heart health. This event will focus on women’s health, but all are encouraged to attend. The event will take place on Monday, Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. at the Adair County Extension Office. Hear from a dietitian, therapist, a healthcare provider and others in the healthcare field about heart healthy diet, exercise and the importance of preventative care.
