Linda Marie Schmidt, 70, of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024, at T. J. Health Columbia. She was born on June 17, 1953, in Staten Island, NY to the late Joseph and Anna Legac Burns. She was also preceded in death by a sister Margaret Mary Burns.
Ms. Schmidt enjoyed the ocean, music, and sailing, but the love of her life was her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons Chris Schmidt (Rebecca) of Columbia, KY, and Joseph Schmidt (Sevdagul) of Turkey and two grandchildren Cole and Anna Schmidt.
The family chose cremation and will have a private service at a later date.
